What You'll Do:Develop & Execute Winning Strategies - Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns that align with our ambitious growth goals.
Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team - Manage a small, agile marketing team to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Multi-Channel Mastery - Oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital, content, ABM, and in-person events.
Content That Converts - Create compelling assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and presentations that engage and persuade.
Sales Alignment & ABM Execution - Partner with the sales team to develop account-based marketing strategies that drive conversion and retention.
Event & Webinar Leadership - Plan and execute impactful industry events and thought leadership initiatives.
Measure & Optimize Performance - Use analytics and marketing automation tools (like Pardot and Salesforce) to track success and refine strategies.
Budget Ownership - Manage the B2B marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
You're not just a marketer-you're a strategic leader who understands how to connect with senior decision-makers, build brand authority, and drive measurable results.
Must-Have Experience:7+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing role.
Proven success in developing and executing impactful B2B marketing campaigns.
Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and content strategy.
Strong analytical mindset-able to leverage data to optimize performance.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Excellent stakeholder management - able to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales strategies.
Strategic & Creative Thinker - Can develop bold, innovative campaigns that drive engagement.
Results-Driven & Accountable - Passionate about pipeline generation and business growth.
Strong People Manager - Able to mentor, coach, and elevate a marketing team.
Data-Driven Decision Maker - Skilled in campaign performance analysis and reporting.
Exceptional Communication & Leadership - Adept at influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
