The ideal leader for Seamfix's Marketing and Sales Department must be a strategic visionary, a technical expert in B2B sales and marketing, and an exceptional team builder who understands how to drive predictable revenue growth through a harmonized sales and marketing engine. This individual must be both an orchestrator of potential and a data-driven strategist capable of translating Seamfix's bold ambitions into tangible market dominance.
Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of business development plans across partnerships, marketing, and sales functions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial targets and KPIs, and ensure these are met or exceeded.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize value and achieve business growth.
- Marketing Oversight:
- Oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Sales Management:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and close rates.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make informed adjustments to strategies as needed.
- Team Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across the partnerships, marketing, and sales departments.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide regular performance feedback, development opportunities, and career growth paths for team members.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets for partnerships, marketing, and sales activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, performance against targets, and strategic initiatives for presentation to the executive team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- 9+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- The ideal candidate should embody a balance of culture, strategy, execution, and people leadership.
- Must be a visionary strategist, data-driven decision-maker, and a technical sales and marketing expert.
