About the role:
The Head of Channel Partnerships (Europe) will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy across Europe. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with channel partners and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to expand our integrated payment solutions. The position involves leading a team across priority European markets.
What you'll do:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy for Europe to achieve revenue, market share, and growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritise key players across Europe to maximise partnership potential.
- Align partnership strategies with overall business goals and sales targets.
Partnership Development and Management:
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key channel partners and ISVs across Europe.
- Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that deliver mutual value and foster long-term collaboration.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimise the performance of existing partnerships to ensure maximum ROI.
Regional Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing partnership teams in priority European markets.
- Set clear goals, foster accountability, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure team success.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure the development of best-in-class offerings tailored to partner needs. Provide actionable insights from the partner ecosystem to inform product roadmaps and technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with European Country Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of partnership strategies and integration.
This role is perfect for you if you have:
- At least 5-10 years of experience in partnership development within the payments or financial services industry and/or with ISVs.
- Existing strong relationships with ISVs / Channel partners and experience working with them.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated payment solutions and the payments ecosystem within Europe.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and market share growth through partnerships in diverse European markets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English.
