Your new role
You will be accountable for leading the management of two Council PFI Contracts, ensuring that the PFI contractors and all parties meet their obligations in the maintenance and improvement of the properties, in line with the contracts. You will also conduct commercial reviews of all operational contracts in collaboration with the procurement team. Offer technical assessments, expertise, and professional advice on contract management.
Identify opportunities and recommend actions to enhance contract performance and value for money, while ensuring effective and efficient use of properties.Provide commercial advice and direction for all new and existing contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need detailed knowledge of PFI and complex service contracts at a senior level.
Experience of negotiating with contractors and identifying and managing budgets.
Being able to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Detailed knowledge of supply markets within the sector.Understanding of strategic and commercial contract management
