Head of Early Careers Talent Acquisition, c£80,000 plus bonus and car allowance, UK Location Flexible (Hybrid), Permanent.

Due to continued growth and change, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Early Careers to join their team.
As Head of Talent Acquisition for Early Careers, you will report into a fabulous People Director, form part of a wider HR team, and be responsible for developing and leading the strategy and execution of a cohesive Early Careers program. You will lead, develop, and mentor a large team and take full responsibility for the recruitment process for all apprenticeships, internships, school leavers, and graduates, ensuring the attraction and selection of the best talent to meet the organisation's long-term goals and values. You will drive innovation in attraction, assessment, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice by securing the next generation of talent. A clear and confident communicator, you will monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of resourcing strategies, making data-driven improvements whilst developing an effective reporting suite that is suitable for a variety of stakeholder audiences.
An experienced Early Careers professional, you will have a proven track record in high-volume early careers recruitment ideally gained from your time within a large, commercial professional organisation. With your strong relationship-building skills, you will have the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-makers by clearly articulating concepts, listening to feedback, and working collaboratively to find the best solution.
