The successful candidate will:
- Lead and improve learning and teaching throughout the curriculum area.
- Ensure the highest achievable standards are attained through training, observations, coaching, and using department meeting time.
- Develop the content of the curriculum, creating a challenging and appropriate course.
- Track student progress and analyze data to raise achievement where necessary.
