The client is a fast-paced multi-site business with locations Nationwide.
Job Description
As Head of HR, you will lead the HR function across 2 business units, shaping and delivering a high-impact people strategy. This role is heavily operational with strategic elements, giving you the chance to make a real difference at all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership - Develop and execute HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
- Talent & Succession Planning - Lead talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- People Development - Identify training needs, oversee learning initiatives, and drive leadership development.
- Performance & Engagement - Work with senior leaders to enhance culture, engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Change & Organisation Design - Support business transformation with agile, people-focused solutions.
- HR Operations - Ensure the effective delivery of core HR processes, policies, and compliance across the business.
The Successful Applicant
HR leader with experience at Senior HR BP or Head of HR level
Background in fast-paced, matrix organisations
Strong operational HR expertise, with strategic mindset
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Commercially savvy, hands-on, and solutions-focused
High energy with a passion for developing people and driving business success.
