Our client is a leading health and wellbeing provider who work in partnership with a number of brands across the sector, adopting a people and tech centred approach. The successful applicant will lead, develop and execute strategic marketing plans for partners across their wellbeing division in order to drive brand awareness, growth and to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
- Define and articulate the brand's identity, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with our target market.
- Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
- Optimise website performance and user experience to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects to our programs and offerings.
- Optimise conversion funnels and customer journeys to maximise lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.
- Develop a content strategy aligned with target audience needs and preferences, leveraging various formats such as blog posts, videos, webinars, and case studies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content that educates, inspires, and drives action.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to optimise marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior marketing position within the healthcare sector
- Proven experience in marketing and communications leadership roles
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
