This top tier international law firm with a great brand and reputation are hiring for a strategic Head of Pitches & Pursuits to lead their global team. As Head of Pitch and Pursuits you will play a key role in shaping the firm's business development strategy and achieving their ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Team Leadership: Lead a team of ten pitch specialists in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Develop and align the team behind common goals and a clear strategic direction.
2. Strategic Pitches: Oversee the completion of strategic, complex pitches, ensuring materials are client-focused, compliant, and easy to evaluate.
3. High Performance Culture: Foster an inclusive environment that encourages integrity and collegiality, building strong relationships across the M&BD and lawyer communities.
4. Sales Transformation: Drive the "Pitch to Win" framework, continuously improving their pitch strategies and maintaining a high win rate.
5. Innovation and Training: Implement new technologies and techniques, deliver pitch training and coaching, and tailor strategies to meet the needs of various offices and practices.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business and reputational risks related to pitches, working closely with other firm functions.
7. Data and Reporting: Manage the pitch tracking database, provide quarterly reports, and participate in leadership meetings to present results and recommendations.

What's needed:

1. Senior level pitching experience in a legal or professional services environment.
2. Strong management, leadership, and coaching skills, with the ability to think strategically and commercially.
