Job Description
Working the Operational Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Professional services is expected to suggest, plan and implement strategic initiatives targeting operational efficiencies, customer success and margin improvement.
Holding both line management responsibility and commercial responsibility the Head of Professional Services is a senior and influential position within the business
This is a new position that has been generated due to the growth of the business and its restructuring to align with the strategic development pillars, as such it offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the team in the way they best feel meets the primary objectives of the role.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Professional Services should have:
- A background in running professional services team in either SaaS, IT or consultancy
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a professional services environment leading both project management and technical engineer
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop services in line with the strategic objectives of the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Educated to degree level, or relevant experience
- Holder of CMI or equivalent management qualifications preferred

- A competitive salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 per annum
