Job Description

Position: Head of Property Management (Key Nationwide Account)

Job Level: Director

Salary: £75,000- £80,000 plus car allowance and benefits package
Department: Property Management
Location: London

The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Property Management team.
  • Act as a liaison between Regional Leads and property management.
  • Gain detailed knowledge of the key account, focusing on KPIs, and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide reliable timelines for Business As Usual (BAU) services and ensure delivery on time.
  • Take responsibility for debt management and collection according to the Debt Management Policy.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Horizon, CRM Salesforce, and Dynamics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure team adherence to company processes and procedures.

Key Deliverables

  • Act as the senior point of contact for key account Regional Leads.
  • Contribute expertise, knowledge, and strategy to meet contract KPIs.
  • Ensure the team is aware of responsibilities and can prioritise effectively.
  • Understand resources needed to deliver property management contracts.
  • Oversee client meetings, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage database and team inputs related to property management.
  • Focus on assurance to provide accurate data for forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR).
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and tenants.
  • Contribute as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support the Contract Director in overall contract delivery.

Person Specification

Qualifications

  • MRICS or similar qualification.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Clean driving license.

Experience/Skills

  • Experience working with clients at a high level.
  • Broad commercial property knowledge (Private Practice, Public Sector, or Corporate Sector).
  • Proven experience in managing property portfolios and delivering effectively.
  • Experience in managing a significant team.
