Head of Sales

We believe that aviation will only be electric in the next decades, and we are fully committed to making this a reality, by building the first electric business aircraft using hydrogen propulsion to fly up to 800 NM, five times further than a battery-powered aircraft.
We deeply value caring for our team of Beyonders fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. We constantly aim to explore new horizons and continuously raise our standards, while maintaining a pragmatic mindset. Above all, we are all driven by one mission: Make possible, certifiable and profitable the first private aircraft designed for hydrogen-electric propulsion.
As our first Head of Sales, you'll lead Beyond Aero's global sales strategy, driving revenue growth by first converting initial LOIs into deposits. You'll forge strong client relationships and gather critical insights to influence our aircraft's development and positioning, playing a key role in shaping the future of sustainable aviation.
Valuable member of the team, your role will be:
- Sales Partnerships: Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders, including brokers, aviation partners, and strategic clients, to increase Beyond Aero's visibility and market penetration.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the global sales strategy to drive revenue growth in alignment with Beyond Aero's vision and targets. Convert our LOIs into deposits and prepayments.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue high-potential leads, establish and manage client relationships with key decision-makers, and expand Beyond Aero's market reach. Study, analyze and lead the business development strategy by gathering users and clients' needs. Conduct in-person interviews, build market study by persona & continent. Build the high level and detailed level model of the operating costs of the aircraft.
- Sales Operations: Build and refine sales processes, including CRM management, lead qualification, and sales pipeline tracking to improve sales efficiency. Lead client's round tables/workshops to gather inputs and feedback on their habits and our aircraft. Be responsible for the client relationships and share their needs with the team.
- Team Leadership: Be responsible for aircraft requirements: define with the engineering team the pricing with the Program, the Head of Product, and Head of Marketing & Communication. Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Market Analysis: Provide insights for marketing strategies and product development. Complement and analyze the market trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize the sales approach and product positioning. Provide the different types of clients, their respective needs, routes and use cases to marketing.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations with UHNWIs, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure. Setup and deliver monthly LOI, interviews and market reports.
The mission will be successful if the business jet is sold out with deposits at the maximum production capacities for the first 3 years, while taking into account certification and production requirements. It's a team mission, deeply linked to the program definition.
