Job Description

Are you a Sales Leader who has proven experience growing and developing a Sales team, either in the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar technology-based function? If so, then we have a fabulous opportunity to become Head of Sales at this growing Salesforce partner.

This role would suit a highly ambitious individual who wants the opportunity to take on a new challenge and elevate an already winning team to new heights.

This is a fully remote role for individuals based in the UK. You'll have regular contact with your team through social engagements.

The ideal candidate must have a history of selling technology products and solutions to UK markets.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales, you will take the reins of an already established and successful sales team, who have a winning formula in place, and help take them to the next level of growth. You'll guide, mentor, inspire, and nurture the team to excel in their roles while monitoring and evaluating performance.

Skills

As the Head of Sales, you should have the following:

  1. Able to motivate, manage, and lead a team of technology Sales Executives
  2. An understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its products
  3. Able to implement sales strategies within an existing team
  4. Able to effectively implement and manage sales targets across the team
  5. Be a highly effective communicator
Experience Requirements

Has experience in growing and developing a successful Sales team either within the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar CRM.
