Mentoring and support for your development

  • Development and implementation of an international go-to-market strategy for major European private label customers and our brand portfolio
  • Proactive support and strategic expansion of existing key accounts and acquisition of new customers
  • Responsibility for the creation and calculation of customer-specific private label collections in collaboration with Design and Development
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Preparation of budget planning for various countries/markets as well as regular reporting, including analysis of deviations from the plan or previous year and evaluation of progress towards strategic goals
  • Conducting partnership-based contract negotiations and annual meetings with distributors and key accounts
  • Close cooperation with internal sales, merchandising, marketing, product management and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Proven closing strength and success, ideally in knitwear, socks and hosiery
  • Experience in product management and sales - the combination would be ideal
  • Existing network and access to leading European distributors and key accounts in the footwear, textiles, sports, hypermarkets and discount stores sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach and a strong hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers and data
  • Confident use of analysis tools such as PowerBI and very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English; further foreign language skills an advantage
