Head of Technical Services
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + car allowance
Location: Central London
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hrs per week

Urgently recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical contract based in Central London. The experienced Head of Technical Services Manager will be managing a team of multi-skilled engineers and subcontractors on large critical sites.
The main day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Carry out monthly and ad hoc review meetings covering all aspects of Compliance and Health & Safety.
- Develop a constructive relationship with the PFI General Manager to enable the most effective use of maintenance resources within the building.
- Lead the delivery of Hard Services across the account, including the main PFI site and approximately 10 other sites.
- Ensure the rollout of the new system is implemented successfully, with a robust management strategy to ensure all assets are maintained with the correct level of compliance.
- Work closely with the Performance and Reporting Manager to ensure that the Account has excellent levels of productivity and engagement.
- Be commercially astute and ensure SLAs are consistently delivered against.
Candidates must be suitably qualified with a recognized technical qualification in either a construction, mechanical, or electrical discipline. Ideally to be Chartered.
