Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Head of Trade Sales Activations - Beauty / Personal Care

Location: Hybrid (3-4 days in office), near Kingston Upon Thames

Salary package: £70,000 - £75,000pa + Bens

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for beauty and a talent for driving retail growth? We're looking for a Head of Trade Sales Activations to lead trade partnerships, secure new listings, and execute impactful sales strategies across key retail channels, including supermarkets.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Build and nurture relationships with retail and client partners to drive long-term business growth.
  2. Develop and execute trade sales activations that increase brand visibility and maximise distribution opportunities.
  3. Negotiate pricing, promotions, and terms to balance profitability with market competition.
  4. Collaborate with marketing to align product launches, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
  5. Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock availability, forecasting, and seamless execution of trade plans.
To thrive in this role you'll need:
  1. 5+ years of experience in sales and trade activations within the beauty/personal care industry.
  2. Strong retail negotiation skills, particularly with supermarkets and major retailers.
  3. Proven success in account management, securing new listings, and driving revenue growth.
  4. Commercially driven, with a strategic approach to sales and brand partnerships.
