Home-based with travel
Contract: 12-month FTC
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
A leading UK hospitality company is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to support internal Construction and FM teams with expert safety advice and solutions. You'll ensure legislative compliance and maintain a safe environment for General Managers, colleagues, and guests.
Responsibilities of the Health, Safety & Compliance Manager will include:
- Overseeing internal CDM systems and ensuring project compliance.
- Auditing Health & Safety KPIs for on-site projects.
- Acting as Principal Designer for small-scale projects.
- Managing HSE prequalification for new contractors.
- Investigating incidents and implementing lessons learned.
- Collaborating with supply chain partners to maintain safety standards.
- Providing asbestos management guidance.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful Health, Safety & Compliance Manager will have:
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential); NEBOSH Diploma (desirable).
- Experience in Construction or FM projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Asbestos Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Management Information tools.
