Job Description

Aneira is a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of human care, computational biology, and machine learning. We are building a smart, equitable, and sustainable health and care service for women, families, and communities. As part of the Population Health Partners family, we are committed to transforming women's healthcare with cutting-edge technology and compassionate, patient-centered solutions.

At Aneira, we blend clinical excellence with technology and compassion, creating a service that truly supports women throughout their lives. We're building a dynamic, ambitious, and human-centered team-if you're passionate about shaping the future of healthcare, we'd love to have you on board.

What this role is about

As a Healthcare Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our patient experience. You'll be the first point of contact for women starting their health journey with us-helping them get the care they need, when they need it.

You'll be the go-to person for coordinating appointments, referrals, and follow-ups, ensuring everything runs smoothly for patients. In time, you'll have your own patient cohort, helping them navigate their care.

While you won't give clinical advice, you'll work closely with our expert clinicians to provide an exceptional experience for every woman we support. You'll also spend time in our London Marylebone clinic, welcoming patients, chaperoning during consultations, and-if you're keen-developing clinical skills like blood collection, vital observations & assisting with procedures.

At Aneira, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all roles. We'll invest in your training, help you grow, and shape your role around what you love and what you're great at.

What you'll do
  1. Be the first point of contact-coordinating appointments, treatments, and follow-ups via phone and messaging.
  2. Work closely with patients and clinical teams to ensure a seamless, patient-first experience.
  3. Support patients in accessing resources, services, and information to meet their individual needs.
  4. Help patients navigate private medical insurance and manage referrals within both private and NHS pathways.
  5. Maintain clear and accurate patient records, ensuring every interaction is logged.
  6. Spend time in-clinic, putting patients at ease and developing hands-on clinical skills (if that's something you'd love to do!).
What you'll Bring
  1. A natural ability to connect with people-warm, clear, and confident communication.
  2. Experience in healthcare, a patient-facing role, or another complex environment.
  3. Some knowledge of healthcare systems and patient support services (or a willingness to learn!).
  4. Strong organisation and multitasking skills-you'll be juggling patient care with coordination.
  5. Confidence working independently and within a fast-moving team.
  6. Empathy, proactivity, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  7. Great IT skills and an openness to learning new systems.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in the way women experience healthcare. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
