Job Description

Are you an experienced communications professional with a passion for healthcare and pharmaceuticals? We are seeking a Director, Corporate Communications and Campaigning to join a leading strategic communications consultancy. Our client is a globally recognised advisory firm specialising in strategic communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. While this role is primarily focused on supporting their healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, the successful candidate will also work on client accounts across other sectors, providing a varied and dynamic opportunity. This position will suit a strategic thinker with experience in delivering high-impact campaigns, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and advising on corporate reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling corporate narratives, managing multi-channel campaigns, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders, including Corporate Affairs Directors, C-Suite executives, and CEOs on healthcare and pharmaceutical communication matters.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth across a variety of sectors.
  • Inspire and manage teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Oversee project management, including budget planning, resource allocation, and profitability.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrable expertise in multi-channel campaigns, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Extensive experience in corporate communications, with a focus on healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as a background in other industries.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and emerging communication trends.
