This award-winning business is looking for a Senior Payroll team leader / Payroll Manager to join their growing organisation. This company offers a brilliant hybrid, working in Central Manchester 1 day per week in the office, with plenty of career development opportunities within a friendly people-centric team.
Your new role
Aside from the day-to-day organisation of payroll duties, you will be a hands-on and approachable manager with the ability to analyse and communicate well with internal and external contacts/colleagues. You will be able to step in and support your team through positive coaching and offer support to the team and wider business when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will come from a high volume end to end payroll processing background of circa 8,000 upwards, have managed a high performing team and have a strong technical payroll background with a CIPP/ CIPD qualification to support.
