Hotel Manager

We are a family-owned hotel company established in Mallorca over 50 years ago. Recently, we have grown exponentially and currently have more than 50 resorts located in Spain, Argentina, Belgium, and Nicaragua. Our primary focus is on families and sun-and-beach tourism. Today, the Globales team comprises over 4,000 employees.

We are looking for a Director for our Globales Post Hotel & Wellness located in Liège, Belgium. We seek leaders with a business vision who can adapt to change and have a strong focus on people management.

The main responsibilities of the position will include:

• Coordinating and supervising the operations of all hotel departments to ensure optimal functioning.
• Leading the hotel staff teams, overseeing personnel policies and compliance with current regulations.
• Ensuring the achievement of established objectives, both in terms of results and compliance with the hotel's quality standards.
• Managing the hotel budget, controlling expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing necessary corrective measures.
• Analyzing market trends in the hotel industry and identifying customer needs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing the quality of the service provided and conveying the company's cultural values.
• Managing the hotel's quality system: monitoring compliance with hotel quality standards and other corporate policies of the chain.

For this position, the following qualifications and experience are required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably managing urban hotels.
• High proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
• Education in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism.
