Housing Condition Claims Lawyer - Local Authority
Contract: 3-6 months with view to extend
Rate: £45-55 per hour - Negotiable DOE
Mainly fully remote with occasional office attendance required
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of housing condition claims, ensuring robust defence strategies.
Providing legal advice and liaising with client departments.
Conducting advocacy, including attending hearings and small claims trials.
Briefing counsel as required.
Proven experience in housing condition claims.
Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to attend court hearings.
Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload efficiently.
Experience within a local authority.
