Are you an experienced professional with experience from a social housing maintenance contracting / commercial background, or have you worked directly for a housing association previously? - A leading social housing provider is looking for a dedicated Contract Manager to join the team in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the local community, through delivering planned programmes of work in social housing.

Your new role
As a Contract Manager in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and delivering planned work programmes
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project goals
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have experience delivering social housing maintenance / contracts previously, and be able to bring forwards excellent contract and project management skills. You will need to have a proven problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
