This is an ideal role for an ambitious HR professional eager to gain broad exposure to all aspects of HR while having a direct impact on shaping and supporting a small but dynamic organisation.

As part of a team of two, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of People with day-to-day HR operations, HR initiatives, and employee relations. • Support the design and coordination of training sessions and employee development programs.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, generate reports as needed, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and recognition efforts to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Help review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with company goals and legal requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR systems (Ideally HiBob & Team Tailor) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
