They are looking for an interim HRBP for a 14 month maternity cover. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving the company's success. What is the roleYou will be providing first-class HR support to your client groups, managing the full employee lifecycle. This hands-on generalist role involves building effective relationships with stakeholders, overseeing HR processes, and contributing to various projects and initiatives. You will understand business needs and act as a trusted advisor. You will get involved in the whole employee life cycle including: ER, performance, Talent development, engagement and HR policies. You will be monitoring and analysing people metrics to inform HR actions and priorities. You will be championing new people initiatives, influencing positive change and identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value to the HR function. You will be ensuring your client groups are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies and you will be collaborating with Senior Management and Compliance on regulatory due diligence and SMCR projects. You will really be able to use your commercial acumen and strong regulatory knowledge to add tangible value in this role.
Candidate profile/Experience- To apply you must have extensive HRBP experience within Financial Services and be used to working in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of HR business partnering, strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to influence different business areas and management levels.
- Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions.
