This role requires an experienced HR professional who is capable of providing sound commercial advice to managers and employees as well as getting involved with the detailed day to day side of HR. You will be driven by enabling people to achieve their objectives and in turn the business achieving its overall goal.


What that means day to day
  • Strategic HR partnership with multiple business stakeholders across the business area.
  • Proactively identify people issues and propose appropriate and innovative solutions.
  • Develop the capability of Managers to retain talent and ensure that clear succession and development plans are in place.
  • Leverage data to drive change - Identify trends in people data and use insights to improve organisational health and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Provide advice and support in organisation design and integration projects.
  • Actively assist the business in managing attrition, absence and performance.

What you'll need to be successful

The successful candidate would have a background working within a HR/People function with proven experience in a HRBP role including complex ER. They would also have a CIPD level 5 or above and have had exposure to a fast-paced working environment.
