Job Description:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will collaborate with regional and community leadership teams across Connecticut and New York to develop and implement strategic HR solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor, supporting leaders in achieving business goals through effective people management practices. The HRBP will provide guidance on employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with leadership to identify HR strategies that address workforce challenges and business needs.
  2. Implement talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain key personnel.
  3. Provide proactive HR support, including policy development, compliance, and employee relations.
  4. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
  5. Act as a consultant on organizational change management projects.
  6. Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to enhance employee retention.
  7. Support cultural transformation through engagement initiatives and action planning.
  8. Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  9. Serve as a resource for compliance with state and federal employment laws.
  10. Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and professional development needs.
  11. Assist in recruiting and hiring key leadership positions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  2. 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a strategic HRBP role.
  3. Strong background in talent strategy, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  4. Expertise in HR compliance, organizational development, and change management.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels.
