Urgent Temporary Opportunity

We urgently seek an experienced HR generalist to support a short-term engagement (c.4-6 weeks, possibly longer), managing a combination of generalist HR and recruitment duties.

HR Consultant (Temporary - 4-6 weeks)
Full or Part-Time considered: 22.5 - 37.5 hours a week needed
Location: South Marston, Swindon (office-based)
Rate: c.£20-23/hour.

Specifically:

• Coordinate and manage disciplinary/absence meetings, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Provide generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
• Support recruitment processes, including CV sifting, screening, interviews, scheduling line manager interviews, processing offers, and providing feedback.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to, and systems are updated throughout all processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Generalist Advisor/Consultant/Manager role.
• Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
