Job Description

Hybrid Interim HR Consultant

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for managing change and transformation to join a team on a hybrid interim basis?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute change programmes, ensuring clear communication and risk management.
  • Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
  • Develop change management strategies to support colleagues through transitions.
  • Advise on employee relations, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • Represent ER during collective consultations and maintain relationships with representatives.
  • Build leader capability through training on managing change and employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations cases arising from change programmes.

Transformation:

  • Identify trends and recommend solutions for employee relations.
  • Simplify processes and continuously improve policies and practices.
  • Provide insights to support targeted HR interventions.
  • Ensure transformation aligns with our values and legal requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in change management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Commitment to legal compliance and the delivery of communications.
