HR Data Analyst (reporting & analytics)

HR Business Data Analyst (reporting & analytics) - 6months + - Remote - Start May

For our international client in Germany, we are looking for an experienced HR Business and Data Analyst.
Your main task is to support the project team in an HR reporting and analytics enhancement project with the aim to improve and automate the HR solutions.
Experience with SAP BW, Successfactors and/or SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred.

Tasks:
* Improve and automate the HR reporting and analytics solution
* Gather and analyse HR business requirements for HR solution
* Collaborate and communicate with different business teams
* Give best practice advise on HR metrics reporting and provide guidance
* Solution Recommendation: Assess, evaluate, and recommend solutions that meet HR reporting requirements
* Develop and manage project plan and milestones
* Document HR processes and standards

Requirements:
* Strong project experience as Business Data Analyst
* Strong project background in HR projects
* Experience with HR metrics, reporting and analytics
* Project experience with analysing complex data sets
* Experience with SAP BW, Successfactors and/or SAP Analytics Cloud is preferred

* Location: 100% remote, European based only
