Job Description
Standalone HR Manager within an SME (50 Staff)
Location: Kensington, West London
Salary: Up to £60,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)
A growing West London company is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will have a dotted line into the Head of HR at the organisation's parent company and will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:
- HR operations administration
- Implementing HR policies and procedures
- Reviewing of compensation and benefits
- Collating payroll information for outsourced provider
- Creating and fostering culture and values
- Supporting the design and development of HRIS
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- HR Projects
To be considered suitable, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally standalone HR experience within an SME environment
- Strong hands-on experience across HR operations
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Ideally some experience in supporting system implementations
