Our client is a large organisation and the role will be a true business partnering role whereby you can make a real difference supporting them to create, manage and develop a high performing team that is aligned with business strategy and engaged with the organisation's eager expectations.

To be considered, all applicants must possess the following:

  • CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent
  • An experienced HR professional capable of advising senior leadership on complex HR matters
  • Commercial understanding & experience
  • Recruitment experience; from attraction to selection & succession planning
  • Good understanding & experience of standard HR KPIs, trending, etc.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Project management, change management & OD experience
  • Understanding of how to drive Employee Engagement
