Job Description
Planet Pharma are working with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who are catering to the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. They are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients.
We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue-collar payroll, as we employ a significant number of manufacturing and shop floor personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out payroll accounting, ensuring compliance with all tax, social security, and employment contract provisions.
- Recording and processing personnel and time data in SAP R/3 HR.
- Serving as the contact person for managers, employees, health insurance companies, and authorities on wage tax and social security matters.
- Preparing necessary documents, reports, and certificates, and maintaining personnel files.
- Communicating with external service providers.
- Continuously developing existing HR processes and participating in HR projects.
- Managing general personnel and administrative activities.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, specifically with blue-collar payroll.
- Very good knowledge of payroll programs and SAP R/3 HR.
- Good knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor law.
- Strong German language skills (at least strong conversational) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Proactive, careful, and independent way of working.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
