HR Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue-collar payroll, as we employ a significant number of manufacturing and shop floor personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out payroll accounting, ensuring compliance with all tax, social security, and employment contract provisions.
• Recording and processing personnel and time data in SAP R/3 HR.
• Serving as the contact person for managers, employees, health insurance companies, and authorities on wage tax and social security matters.
• Preparing necessary documents, reports, and certificates, and maintaining personnel files.
• Communicating with external service providers.
• Continuously developing existing HR processes and participating in HR projects.
• Managing general personnel and administrative activities.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, specifically with blue-collar payroll.
• Very good knowledge of payroll programs and SAP R/3 HR.
• Good knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor law.
• Strong German language skills (at least strong conversational) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, careful, and independent way of working.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
