Job Description:
We are looking for a HR Technology Lead who will be responsible for HR solutions design, customer partnership, process, and project management.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead and focus on automation, efficiency, digital operations, and new technology development.
- Be an innovative leader in HR technology managing a progressive agenda, leveraging existing technologies while adopting new digital HR technologies to enhance customer experience.
- Provide guidance globally for Global HR solutions and work closely with IT/vendor to ensure continuity and improvement of services to HR and the business.
- Identify and support effective continuous improvement approaches and implement change communication mechanisms with appropriate compliance.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong proven leadership experience with HR technology solution design.
- Dedicated global Workday & ServiceNow expertise preferred.
- Experience in automation.
- Strong people leader who can collaborate in a matrixed environment with multi-cultural and remote peers/project teams. Line management of 5 associates.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 74,243.00 - USD 102,084.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule.
