We are looking for a talented Analyst to take ownership of key reporting projects across HR, ESG, and investment reporting. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with business partners to develop interactive dashboards, track essential people metrics, and drive meaningful insights for our leadership team.
What You'll Do:
- Power BI Expertise: Build and maintain insightful, interactive reports and dashboards.
- KPI & HRIS Reporting: Track key people metrics like attrition, absence, and headcount.
- ESG & Investment Reporting: Provide analysis and reporting on ESG and investment performance.
- Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to offer data insights and drive business decisions.
- Presentations: Share findings in engaging "lunch-and-learn" sessions across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics.
