About the Role

Kronos Group is looking for a junior Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Brussels. If you are passionate about Human Resources and ready to take the next step in your career, we invite you to apply and become a part of our team at Kronos Group in Brussels.


Responsibilities

  • Efficient day-to-day management, coordination, and follow up of employee administration;
  • Handling administrative tasks related to employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration;
  • Manage and own pre-employment preparation for new hires and coordination of onboarding. Also, support in offboarding activities;
  • Update employee documentation (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves) promptly and in line with HR standards and procedures;
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures;
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and benefits administration;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR regulations, and local labor laws;
  • Support training administration including submission of relevant files;
  • Contribute to other projects and assignments of the Human Resources department, as well as the further automation of HR processes and the optimization of personnel administration.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or payroll is a plus (from entry level to 3 years of experience);
  • Good knowledge of social legislation and labor laws;
  • Strong administrative skills; enjoy working with figures and data;
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Fluent in Dutch/French with a good working knowledge of French/Dutch and English (both oral and written);
  • Open-minded, a can-do, and positive attitude;
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team;
  • Sense of confidentiality and professional integrity.
