Job Description
Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC)
- Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy
- Coordinate with HR to ensure correct employee data
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries
- Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc.
- Prepare reports for upper management and finance department
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
- Participate in payroll audits
- Manage benefits and pension schemes
The Successful Applicant
Hybrid Payroll Advisor (FTC) should have:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Advisor or similar role
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
- Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel)
- Great attention to detail
- An analytical mind and good numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Happy to work within a large team
- Comfortable working in the office (Reading) 2x per week

- Salary: c. £33,000 - £35,000 per annum (DoE)
- 37.5 hours per week, adjustable start and finish time to accommodate for external factors
