Your Mission
As a Hydraulic Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of hydraulic systems and power shift modules. Your key responsibilities include:
- Decomposing technical product-level requirements into subsystem-level requirements, specifications, and architecture.
- Conducting system-level V-cycle testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure reliability, safety, and performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Performing system analysis, modeling, and simulation to validate system performance.
- Leading system issue investigations (8D/QRQC) during development, serial life, and aftersales & service.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in an automotive engineering environment.
- A strong technical background in mechanical engineering, with a link to software and control strategies.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
