Position DescriptionThis position will provide focus on manufacturing strategy and execution for the UKI, to enable profitable growth of the UKI Business Unit, very strategic within IFP. This position will also be responsible for the deployment, execution and delivery of manufacturing transformation across the 11 IFP manufacturing facilities across EMEA and UK.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for manufacturing and operations strategy and execution for the UK manufacturing facilities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, meeting all the applicable quality and regulatory standards, at the right time and quantity, and at a cost which delivers a competitive advantage to the UKI business.
- Be a key member of the extended UKI ABU leadership team. Ensuring UK manufacturing strategies, plans and execution, constantly align with Business priorities and growth plans. Communicate and align efficiently with the UKI ABU leadership.
- Be an inspirational leader within the IFP EMEA & UK Manufacturing leadership team, ensuring the leadership team adopts and demonstrates "One Manufacturing" mindset and behaviour across EMEA & UK.
- Provide both strategic and executional leadership to deploy transformational programmes across the 11 manufacturing sites in EMEA & UK, in all areas of Manufacturing Excellence (EHS, Quality and brand equity, delivery, cost and Fuel To Grow, People).
- Deploy the appropriate Management Infrastructure to ensure all the tiers of manufacturing operate, sustain, improve and regenerate in a consistent way across IFP EMEA & UK.
- Drive Talent Strategy execution, developing talent to ensure a ready supply of capable and available leaders for the Manufacturing and overall Supply Chain organization.
- Actively second the Sr Director of IFP EMEA & UK Manufacturing and help this role efficiently cover and connect the full scope of 11 IFP Manufacturing facilities across EMEA and UK.
This role will be based in the UK. Location is flexible with ability needed to travel frequently to the 2 UK mills and to the Walton Oaks office.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- 10+ years in Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years in manufacturing and experience in managing multiple mill sites across 2 or more countries.
- Visionary and execution-driven mindset and track record of continuous improvement and transformational change.
- Critical thinking skills with an ability to bring clarity in developing and delivering supply chain solutions with a positive and problem-solving mindset.
- Track record of successful capital planning and execution.
- Fast learner with ability to establish relationships quickly and manage projects under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively across the Supply Chain network, building relationships and working with stakeholders in SC functions, COE's to deliver improvements/ initiatives / projects.
- Role model of K-C Ways of Working.
- Previous experience of union/works council consultation or negotiation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, having demonstrated inspirational team leadership across multiple sites.
- Develops and nurtures a distinctive, inclusive and agile work environment, and leads continuous talent development.
