Job Description

Our telecoms client is looking for an Implementation Manager with construction experience. This role is based 3 days on site in Brussels and 2 days working from home.

The initial duration of the contract is until the end of the year but with strong possibility of extension.


Role details:

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to check, control and supervise the build activities to ensure adequate progress of sites. They must have a knowledge of site progress status and bottlenecks, and take overall responsibility for New BUILD end-to-end progress. The Implementation Manager will also have a good knowledge of the contractual and technical requirements from the Customer (scope of works, Design Guide, target configuration etc).


Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
  • Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing. French and Flemish is a plus
  • Proven track of 5-7 years' experience of deploying radio networks
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects
  • Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
  • You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage the internal teams as well as ASP
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues
  • Extensive knowledge in Belgium Telecom acquisition and build requirements and milestones
