Indirect Procurement Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager to take a strategic approach to procurement, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide expert guidance and challenge. This role is responsible for developing and implementing supply chain solutions that align with organizational goals, ensuring efficiency and value. Overseeing an addressable third-party spend of approximately £25m, this position plays a key role in major procurement activities.

• Develop and refine procurement strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Maximise value and mitigate risks in third-party spend within the assigned category.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery through effective collaboration.
• Promote best-practice procurement and enhance stakeholder awareness of compliance and efficiency.

• Procurement experience with a strong background in contract development, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Expertise in supply chain strategy, procurement governance, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and drive positive change.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering cost savings and process efficiencies.
