Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing German influencers.
- Identify and recruit new German influencers aligned with the brand's values and target audience.
- Negotiate contracts and manage payments for influencer collaborations.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns for the German market.
- Adapt existing marketing strategies and communications for the German audience, ensuring a relatable and authentic tone of voice.
- Monitor German social media trends and identify emerging influencers.
- Provide recommendations for improving brand messaging and marketing materials for the German market.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including social media and marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on the German market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of German social media trends and influencers.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about fitness and social media.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
