About us

Megabit is Aonic's new publishing arm that was created to support its 1st and 3rd party studio partners. Key titles under Megabit currently in development include OtherSide Entertainment's Thick As Thieves, the surreal fever dream OMUT from Madame Cyclone, Grit and Valor 1949 from Milky Tea, and the cozy open world adventure Lou's Lagoon from Tiny Roar.

The Role

Megabit is looking for a dedicated Influencer Manager to join the team-someone passionate about building and growing relationships with content creators in the indie gaming space.

Creators play a vital role in growing our games and engaging the communities. As an Influencer Manager, you will be the driving force behind our insider strategy-building lasting relationships with content creators, player ambassadors, managing key partnerships, and ensuring our games reach the right audiences through authentic and impactful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Strategy - Work with the team to develop and execute comprehensive organic influencer strategies that maximizes engagement, strengthens relationships, and drives awareness for our titles. Overseeing paid partnerships that deliver on ROI.
  • Insider Program Management - Work with the team to develop and execute a comprehensive Insider Program that nurtures both paid and organic relationships with influencers to drive engagement, advocacy, and long-term brand loyalty.
  • Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building- Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with content creators, player ambassadors, streamers, and influencers across various platforms, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Advocacy- Be the internal champion for creators and ambassadors, ensuring their feedback and insights are shared with the team.
  • Campaign Execution - Plan and manage influencer-led campaigns, activations, and partnerships to drive visibility, awareness, and excitement for our games.
  • Data-Driven Insights - Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of paid influencer initiatives, optimizing campaigns based on performance and community impact.
  • Collaboration - Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, community, and development to ensure alignment on influencer strategies and initiatives.
  • Crisis Management - Address potential risks, monitor sentiment within the influencer community, and maintain transparent, professional communication in times of crisis.
  • Partnership Development - Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with influencers, player ambassadors, and agencies to expand our creator network and reach new audiences.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Able to work with a startup mentality and take initiative to build and execute an insider program from the ground up.
  • Proven experience in influencer relations, content creator partnerships, or digital marketing within the video game industry (Indie, AA, or AAA).
  • Experience coordinating paid and organic influencer campaigns, including tracking performance and optimizing for engagement.
  • Passion for games and a deep understanding of content creator ecosystems, including trends and community-driven content.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using social media and influencer tracking tools to analyze performance and inform strategy.
  • Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple partnerships, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging for creators and audiences.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with creators and communities through live streams, events, and social media.
