Infrastructure Operations Manager

ISTORM has been selected as exclusive agency to look for an "Infra operations Manager" for an international company located in Brussels.

Job Objective:

• Pursue technical designs that provide a secure and stable IT technical platform for operating the company's services. Implement, modify, and operate the underlying IT platform required to run the company's applications and services.

Function Description

• Direct supervision of several teams
• Management of IT operations
• Manage incidents & problems.
• Autonomous decision-making to enhance platform stability
• Implementation of security measures following company policies
• Integration of new architectures

Profile Description

• Training in Service-Oriented Architecture, Solution Design, TOGAF, ITIL
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing distributed, scalable, and reliable systems
• Experience in Java Enterprise, messaging technologies, and relational databases
• Performance analysis skills and experience in performance improvements
• Automation of system deployments knowledge
• Coaching of engineers and experience in outsourcing services
