Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Administrator / Senior Support Engineer


Location: Brussels (50% remote)

Contract: Full-time

Industry: Banking / Finance

Join our agile team in the Customer Servicing & Efficiency tribe as a ServiceNow Administrator / Senior Support Engineer and play a key role in impactful IT support projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team through processes and manage ServiceNow instances.
  • Execute maintenance tasks and handle incidents under the ITIL framework.
  • Prepare for and follow up on change management releases.
  • Optimize workflows and perform data analysis for reports and dashboards.


Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow certification (Admin Course required).
  • Experience in change management, incident handling, and process optimization.
  • ITIL knowledge and familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong team spirit and proactive communication.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
