Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Administrator / Senior Support Engineer
Location: Brussels (50% remote)
Contract: Full-time
Industry: Banking / Finance
Join our agile team in the Customer Servicing & Efficiency tribe as a ServiceNow Administrator / Senior Support Engineer and play a key role in impactful IT support projects.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team through processes and manage ServiceNow instances.
- Execute maintenance tasks and handle incidents under the ITIL framework.
- Prepare for and follow up on change management releases.
- Optimize workflows and perform data analysis for reports and dashboards.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow certification (Admin Course required).
- Experience in change management, incident handling, and process optimization.
- ITIL knowledge and familiarity with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong team spirit and proactive communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
