What you will be doing
  • To serve as our customers' first point of contact and to assist them in resolving connectivity and networking issues
  • To analyse support requests and evaluate their complexity and priority
  • You will also follow up and report allocated requests and interventions
  • Order preparation, router inventory management, configuration, and site installation, keeping track of inventories
  • Supervise the network to tackle problems proactively
  • Taking part in duty service to support 24/7 SLA
  • Providing cover and support to the rest of the team when required
  • Collaborating with external partners to ensure prompt and efficient assistance in critical areas

What you will have
  • You have a strong affinity for IT, technology, and innovation, and you have a technical degree or can demonstrate your technical knowledge through work experience
  • You communicate clearly and efficiently in French and English (must haves). Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • We are looking for somebody with a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn more about our products and services
  • You are a born team player and dedicated to what you do
  • Service-minded and also sufficiently stress-resistant to cope with unexpected situations

Technical skills:
  • You have practical knowledge of the following technologies and services: VLAN, VPN, WAN interfaces, LAN management, IP routing, basic Firewall configuration, and mobile technology (3G/4G/5G and satellite)
  • A plus for the following experiences and huge appetite: To learn about new technologies (SD WAN, SDN) and to create innovative solutions (4G bonding, Mobile VPNs, hybrid deployments)
