About the role:
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships? Join BSI as an Inside Sales Executive and play a key role in driving sales of our world-class BSI Standards products. You'll engage with new and existing customers, identifying business needs and positioning our solutions, such as Compliance Navigator (CN) and British Standards Online (BSOL) subscriptions, to help organisations thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Proactively network, upsell, and generate leads.
- Engage Clients: Identify needs and match them with the right BSI Standards solutions.
- Manage Pipelines: Maintain accurate sales data and follow a structured sales process.
- Hit Targets: Meet and exceed KPIs across calls, conversions, and revenue goals.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales experience in a KPI-driven environment (desirable).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
