Instructional Designer

Are you passionate about creating engaging and integrated learning solutions? The UK's largest infrastructure hub is looking for a dedicated Learning Design Specialist to join their team.

This is a 12 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design quality technical and non-technical learning solutions using diverse methodologies.
2. Collaborate with internal SMEs, external suppliers, and design specialists to ensure compliance and excellence.
3. Maintain accreditation and subject matter expertise to support technical learning solutions.
4. Work closely with the learning delivery team to refine and update content, ensuring learner engagement.
5. Support the delivery of engineering-specific training and maintain operational knowledge.
6. Advocate for a learning culture across the organisation, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience in learning design across technical and non-technical subjects.
2. Strong understanding of competency assessment and delivery methods.
3. Ideally IOSH/NEBOSH or interest in Health and Safety or engineering training or general training.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of design and e-learning tools systems like Evolve, Animate, and Adobe.
6. Passionate about learning and helping colleagues grow their capabilities.
