What we're looking for:

The Integrated Marketing Lead will lead our marketing efforts across all channels, driving the marketing strategy and delivering campaigns that align with Monzo's business objectives. You will also manage teams to deliver these campaigns where relevant.

In this role, you will have the following capabilities:

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to effectively align and guide Marketing centres of excellence (across channels, content and other areas) to drive campaigns for your Collective that are cohesive and impactful.
  • Strategic Thinking & Vision: Capacity to develop a comprehensive and scalable marketing strategy that drives outcomes for the Wealth business while balancing the overall capacity of Marketing CoEs.
  • Commercial Acumen in Marketing: Strong understanding of budget management and resource allocation, with knowledge of which campaigns deliver value for your Collective.
  • Integrated Campaign Design: Expertise in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns that connect messaging, creative assets, and channels to create a unified and compelling product narrative.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Proficiency in using data and analytics to evaluate marketing performance, identify opportunities for optimization (in line with Commercial acumen above), and refine strategies/portfolios of campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Set, develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the Collective, both semi-annually and on an ongoing basis (as needed). This needs to align with the Collective's business goals, customer needs, and Marketing capacity.
  • Ensure the portfolio of campaigns is delivered for your Collective, collaborating with teams in Marketing (in particular PMM), product and growth. You need to drive consistency, transparency and alignment of these campaigns across these groups.
  • Manage any Collective-specific budget (where it exists), and the capacity for the Collective's campaigns within owned channels. Work closely with finance and relevant teams to ensure capacity allocation aligns with business priorities.
  • Monitor and report on Collective's performance, tracking key metrics and regularly providing updates to senior leadership.
  • Lead the optimisation of your Collective's marketing campaigns, acting as either thought partner or operator/executor depending on importance.
  • Support stakeholder communication by preparing presentations, strategic updates, and reports, ensuring leadership stays informed of key Collective outcomes.

You'll Love This Role If You:

  • Lead marketing initiatives within a tech or regulated financial services environment.
  • Are passionate about building and leading inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Own outcomes and drive work for a business or part of a business.
  • Have a track record of managing several Marketing campaigns.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Own and report on performance metrics for business areas overall.
  • Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with tools like spreadsheets and Looker.
  • Are experienced in managing both cash budgets and channel capacity in a marketing context.
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent project manager.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly.
