The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is currently recruiting an Assistant to work with its case management teams on a 12 months contract.
The role will be based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris.
The role
The roles involve administrative tasks including:
Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters)
Electronic and paper archiving
Follow up of cases under the supervision of lawyers
Database management for the Court procedures
Preparing Court's documents and notification of Court's decisions
Requirements
The candidate will:
be well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative
have excellent computer skills (mainly Word, and Outlook)
be able to work in a multicultural team
have some administrative experience
possess excellent oral and written English skills
knowledge of another language such as French or Spanish is a plus

Start date: As soon as possible
Department: Dispute Resolution Services - The assistant of the case management team reports to the Counsel of the team
Contract types and duration: CDD (12 months Contract), full time
Remuneration: Competitive, contingent on skills and experience
